The Eurovision Song Contest is a fascinating way to observe how Israeli society has developed. Even by comparing Israel’s 3 Eurovision winners – Abanibi (1978), Halleluya (1979) and Diva (1998) one can trace the dramatic transformations that have taken place within Israeli society over the last few decades.
